Share the Chair with your Kids
As long as I remember, I always love drama and plays. Yup! I was not that much into sports, or physical games. My passion was to develop movie dialogues, or writing scripts and create drama plays, or homemade movies. Those who know me since I was little know how important was for me to have the opportunity to express myself through poetry and drama. That is why I choose to study Communications. A profession that I love with all my heart because it gives me the opportunity to keep writing, creating, and developing stories.
After 20 years working in the non-profit sector supporting their communications strategies; I decided to create my own project. Share the Chair with your Kids is my opportunity to give back to the community and establish a legacy. I want to use my talents to support children’s imagination and creativity.
Through Share the Chair with your Kids I want to use my skills as a professional voiceover actress, to develop bilingual (English and Spanish) storytelling audios for kids. I know by experience how important is for children to listen to stories that can help them develop their multiple intelligences.
I dedicate this project to my mom, that beautiful lady that always took time to read stories and sing for me with and my brother and sister, with so much love and care when we were little, took me to my drama classes and support my ideas. I honored her through this project, as well as my 3 children (not that little anymore, but will always be my babies).
